Visit of 4 nurses
I was informed by Daniel that the nurses of the Siniensi clinic had been visiting. They would come back on Friday. And indeed. We were just playing outside when the four of them arrived. Turned out it was an inspection. I was a bit shocked. But fortunately, it was not bad: In the kitchen must have a waste bin. They were very enthusiastic about the building and the children.
One of the nurses is a psychiatric nurse. I am very happy with that. Can we look at the children together and draw up a treatment plan. (The psychiatrist who was supposed to come hasn't been yet, but he's expected soon.) She also immediately asked if we are still taking on children. And that's what we do.
From Siniensi it is only Saviour who comes. There was going to be be another child, but theparents want to try it first at the regular school.
There was also a nurse who works in/for the Naasa community. At the moment he mainly works in the clinic, because there is no accommodation for him. We have discussed that if we can start building again (the money is completely gone) we will not only houses for the children and their caretakers, but also provide an infirmary. This is useful for the children when they are sick but can also be used by the Naasa community.
I had to say that this is not for next year, but it will take a little longer… unfortunately!
